The MACE RotoFlo utilizes a simple, single moving part design. The "snap-on" rotor component has a magnet in each tip of its blade. As the rotor passes the base of the unit, an electromagnetic signal (pulse) is transmitted from the rotor tip directly to the sealed pickup within the sensor. Based on these data the RotoFlo is able to calculate and display, flow rate and total flow. This enables the MACE FloLog to also capture flow rate and total data for "time and event" logging.
